Easy Beef Ramen
Ingredients
2 small bunches of udon noodles
6-8 cups beef broth
.5-1lb beef (I like sirloin)
2 cloves garlic
1 Tsp sesame oil
1 1/2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 Tsp coconut aminos or soy sauce
Red pepper flakes to taste
Green onions
Sprouts
Egg
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Slice beef into strips. Sear beef in a skillet with sesame oil, vegetable oil, coconut aminos or soy sauce and garlic.
In a dutch oven or stock pot, bring beef broth to a boil. Add udon noodles and cook to time on package directions. Crack egg into boiling water and stir for an egg drop style soup or prepare a hard boiled egg (whichever you prefer).
Top with beef, green onions, and sprouts.
